For Rajma:

Wash and soak Rajma for 5-6 hours

Strain soaked Rajma and add 2 cups of fresh water

Cook them in a pressure cooker until soft. 3-4 whistles on medium flame.

Heat a pan with oil and add cumin seeds

Add ginger, garlic paste,add tomatoes onions puree

Saute for 3-4 minutes

Add salt,red chilli powder,haldi, coriander powder and saute it 2 minutes

Add cooked Rajma with stock

Cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes

Turn off gas add garam masala and coriander leaves

For Rice:

Wash and soak rice for 20-30 minutes

Heat oil in pressure cooker and and cumin seeds

Add 3 cups of water and boil

After a boil add salt to taste

Strain rice and add into cooker

Close lid.. turn off gas after one whistle

Open after 3-4 minutes

Serve hot...
