  • Stockfish
  • Dry fish
  • Ponmo
  • Meat/fish
  • Maggi,pepper,salt,palmoil
  • Waterleaf
  • Crayfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil ur meat and stocfish with its seasonings

  2. 2

    Add the water last with other ingredients,allow to steam for some minutes

  3. 3

    Add Ugu lastly and allow to steam for some minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with rice, Fifi, eBay, wheat etc
