Steps

Take suji, curd, green chillies paste, salt, 1 tsp oil in a deep bowl.

Put 1 cup of water and mix it well in one direction. Keep this batter aside for 30 mins to rest.

Just before steaming dhoklas, add fruit salt and 2 tsp of water. When bubbles form mix it gently.

Pour this batter immediately into the greased thali and shake it clockwise so that the batter spreads even and air bubbles do not form.

Steam it in the steamer for 12-15 mins. Check it with knife. If it comes clean it's ready. Keep it out of the steamer.

Now heat 1 tsp oil in tadka pan. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, hing and kadi patta and saute on medium flame for 30 seconds.

Pour it over the dhoklas. Sprinkle the chopped coriander.

After cooling cut into diamond or square pieces.

Serve it with spicy green chutney.
