Boil chicken in a bowl of water for 5 mins in kadhai.Take out chicken from water when cooked and make small pieces from hand,keep the stalk aside.

Heat ghee in kadhai and fry onions (light brown)Fry pieces of garlic and ginger lightly. Mix them in a grinder,put little chicken stalk,then put half chicken pieces and grind.

In remaining ghee put tomato puree,lal mirich,dahi, khuskhus paste,zeera powder, 4 piece choti elachi and salt to taste.

Fry till it leaves ghee.

Put chicken pieces and grind garlic and ginger, onion,chicken pieces, put remaining stalk.

Fry till it leaves ghee and garnish
