Ingredients

  • 1 cup piecesChicken small pieces
  • 2 pieceOnion
  • 1 pieceKhada adrak/ whole ginger
  • 1 pieceKhada lasun/ whole garlic
  • 2 pieceTomato
  • 100 gramCurd
  • 200 gramGhee
  • 1 tbspKhuskhus paste
  • 4 pieceChoti elachi/ green cardamom
  • to tasteLal mirch / red chilli and salt
  • 1 tspZeera powder
  • For decoration:-
  • 1-2boiled eggs
  • Hara dhania
  • to tasteHari mirch
  • 1/2nimbu/lemon
  • 1 tspgrated adrak/ ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken in a bowl of water for 5 mins in kadhai.Take out chicken from water when cooked and make small pieces from hand,keep the stalk aside.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in kadhai and fry onions (light brown)Fry pieces of garlic and ginger lightly. Mix them in a grinder,put little chicken stalk,then put half chicken pieces and grind.

  3. 3

    In remaining ghee put tomato puree,lal mirich,dahi, khuskhus paste,zeera powder, 4 piece choti elachi and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Fry till it leaves ghee.

  5. 5

    Put chicken pieces and grind garlic and ginger, onion,chicken pieces, put remaining stalk.

  6. 6

    Fry till it leaves ghee and garnish
