Masoor Dal Delight

Soak the masoor dal for 2-3 hrs. Then drain and keep aside.

Take a deep-pan and put oil in it. When the oil becomes hot add the mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, hing, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and the soaked masoor dal.

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes stirring occasionally till done.

Transfer from kadhai to serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and coconut
