Ingredients

  • 500 gmscurd
  • 1/2 tspCumin Seed
  • 1/2 tspCoriander Seeds
  • 3Whole Red Chilli
  • 1/2 TbspTurmeric Powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 TbspMustard Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a Pan. Add red chilli, cumin seed, coriander seeds. Fry it for few mins. Add turmeric powder and salt. Add little water to it. Add curd while stirring continuously. Immediately switch off the gas. Do not boil the curd.
    Ready to serve with curd.
