Take the Chana Dal and soak in water for 5-6 hours.Now grind in Mixy without water till coarse.Now add Milk and cook in steam for 10 minutes

Heat the oil and add mustard seeds and Whole jeera,pinch of Hing,sesame seeds,ginger,chilli and garlic pastes,Turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Grated coconut.Mix it nicely.

Now add the steamed dal.Now add Salt,sugar and lemon juice and cook on a slow flame for 5 minutes.It should be loose and separate and not lumpy.Alter per taste

Now add Fresh Coriander and the other fresh coriander and some red chillies (Leave some for garnishing) mix well.Now it's ready and in a serving plate sprinkle some Sev,pomegranate seeds,Fresh coriander,some grated coconut and if you want sprinkle green chutney.
