For sugar syrup,melt sugar in pan on heat untill completely melted and golden pour into the caramel container and swirl.

For caramel.whisk egg,milk,flavour and quatre cup sugar untill completely mixed.sieve if you can to remove egg lumps.pour into the sugar coated bowl and place in a pool of water.Make sure the water doesn't reach half of the bowl to avoid it getting in to your caramel.Cook for 30mins.bring it out and flip in to the plate. Serve cold
