Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  2. 1/2 cupcorn maize but I used white maize
  3. 1/2 cupdiced carrots
  4. 1chicken breast cubed
  5. 3 tbsoil
  6. Soy sauce
  7. Salt
  8. 1Chilli(optional)
  9. 1/2 cupgreen bell pepper chopped
  10. 1 tspgrated ginger
  11. 1 tspgrated garlic
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  13. 1/2 cupspring onions chopped

    Prepare all the ingredients

    In a wok or a deep frying pan add oil and place on high heat.add onions stir. Add garlic and ginger stir for 2min.

    Add chicken breast and soy sauce stir. Cook for 7 min stirring not to burn.

    Add in the carrots and stir well cook for 3 min.

    Add the rest of the vegetables and stir to mix. Cook for 6 min

    Add black pepper, salt and chilli. You can also add a dash of soy sauce at this poin.Mix well. Serve with turmeric rice
