Prepare all the ingredients

In a wok or a deep frying pan add oil and place on high heat.add onions stir. Add garlic and ginger stir for 2min.

Add chicken breast and soy sauce stir. Cook for 7 min stirring not to burn.

Add in the carrots and stir well cook for 3 min.

Add the rest of the vegetables and stir to mix. Cook for 6 min

Add black pepper, salt and chilli. You can also add a dash of soy sauce at this poin.Mix well. Serve with turmeric rice
