  1. 1 cupRagi flour
  2. 1/2 cupjaggery
  3. 1/2 cuppeanuts
  4. 1/2 cupsesame seeds
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  6. as neededGhee as optional
  7. 1/2 tspsalt

  1. 1

    In bowl add roasted or unroasted ragi flour.add pinch salt.add hot water little by little to make a dough.divide into small balls.roll it like round shape by using roller or hand.

  2. 2

    In tawa put ragi roti and add oil in corners and cook both sides well.cool it.after add it into mixer and grind it coarsely.(light)

  3. 3

    In pan add sesame seeds and peanuts seperately.cook for 10-15 min in low flame after cool it.add it into mixer.sesame seeds,peanuts and organic jaggery, cardamom powder.grind it well

  4. 4

    In bowl add grounded powders,ragi roti mixture,little ghee it's optional.now mix everything together.roll it into small balls.you can add nuts too.yummy healthy sesame peanuts finger millet Ladoo is ready.
