Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1/2 cupdahi
  3. 10kaju
  4. 1 tsp rai
  5. 1 tsp chana dal
  6. 1 tsp urad dal
  7. 5-6Curry leaves
  8. Pinchheeng
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add 1 TBS oil add Rai urad dal chana dal curry leaves

  2. 2

    Fry for some time

  3. 3

    Add suji roast till aromat

  4. 4

    Take a bowl add curd suji and salt

  5. 5

    Mix well

  6. 6

    Add eno fruit salt adjust water for right contistency

  7. 7

    Grease idly maker add idly batter

  8. 8

    Drop 1 kaju in each idly

  9. 9

    Steam for 10 mints

  10. 10

    Remove and enjoy with your choice of chutney or dip
