For the dough to da flour add salt and water at room temp and knead until smooth

Let it rest for 30 min

For da filling in a pan add oil scotch bonnet and onion stir

Add spices and stir for 2min add seasoning and soy sauce (optional) stir

Add boiled potatoes stir for 2 min add spinach let it cook for 3-5 min

Transfer into bowl and let it cool

After 30min divide da dough into 5 bowls make each dough into round balls and roll it flat

Stuffed the filling in da flat dough and make it into round balls

Turn it upside down and knead until flat and round paratha is achieved

Place in a non stick pan add oil on the paratha and turn the paratha upside down keep turning it until ur desired browness is achieved

Eat with any desired sauce or soup
