Pre heat the oven to 180° and line the baking sheet with parchment paper

Stir together the melted margarine, sigar, egg yolk, vanilla extract and food color. Stir very well to combine

Sieve together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt evenly over the liquid mixture and stir to combine to a dough.

Press down the dough and divide into balls

Roll lightly on granulated sugar

Space evenly on the prepared baking sheet

Bake for around 10 minutes, until they spread, start to crack and appear dry on top.

Remove from oven, let it cool, ready to eat. Also you can decorate as desired. Dip partially in melted white chocolate.
