First,washed cauliflower into warm water & strain.

Take a pot add cauliflower and dahi 1 /2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp cumin powder1/2 tsp mango powder red chilli powder mix well keep aside atleast 1/2 an hour.

Now heat the khadhai add few oil cello fry merineted coliflower till golden.

Heat the khadhai add as required oil add onion paste saute few min then add ginger garlic paste saute few min add tomato puri saute also few min add mawa & all dry ingridient & malai saute min when oil become separate add fried cauliflower cook few min.shahi ghobhi is ready.
