Classic Strawberry Tiramisu

Combine the mascarpone, sugar, and egg yolks in a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture.

Start layering with ladyfingers (dip only halfway in coffee), mascarpone mixture, and chocolate. Repeat the layers as needed.

When finished, top with strawberries. Enjoy your dessert!
