Potatoes/beans porridge

Cooking Instructions

    Pick stones and dirt from beans, wash and boil with a little potas. Cook until very soft

  2. 2

    Peel your sweet potatoes cut into bits and set aside in a bowl with water

  3. 3

    Grate your pepper, onions and crayfish together and set aside

  4. 4

    When your beans is well cooked, add palm oil into pot and heat a little then add some chopped onions

  5. 5

    When onion is fried you pour in your already cooked beans, followed by your already grated pepper, onions and crayfish

  6. 6

    Add maggi and salt to taste and also add a little water and allow to boil a little

  7. 7

    Finally add sweet potatoes already washed into the pot of beans cover and allow to cook until potatoes becomes soft.

    Food is ready.......enjoy
