Wash the pork belly and slice into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, and chopped onion and garlic. Mix well and let marinate for 2 hours.

Marinate the ground pork with 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 3 teaspoons oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking oil, and chopped onion and garlic. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Add 2 cups water (500 ml) to a pot with 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons fish sauce. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. (You can adjust the seasoning to taste. Use just enough fish sauce for flavor without making it too strong.)

Grill the pork until golden brown.
