Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbsground pork (500 grams)
  2. 1.1 lbspork belly (500 grams)
  3. Chopped onion and garlic
  4. Sugar, MSG, chicken bouillon powder, fish sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil, salt
  5. Fresh herbs, pickled kohlrabi and carrots, rice vermicelli noodles

Steps

    Wash the pork belly and slice into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, and chopped onion and garlic. Mix well and let marinate for 2 hours.

    Marinate the ground pork with 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 3 teaspoons oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking oil, and chopped onion and garlic. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Add 2 cups water (500 ml) to a pot with 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons fish sauce. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. (You can adjust the seasoning to taste. Use just enough fish sauce for flavor without making it too strong.)

    Grill the pork until golden brown.
