4green tomatoes
1 cupblackbeans soaked and cooked
2shallots
10mini gherkins
4garlic cloves
1/4tomatoe sauce
1 Tbstomatoe paste
1handfull of fresh mint and basil mixed
Soak black beans in 3 cups water for 6 hours

Prepare the tomatoes shallots garlic and gherkins.

Mix in the cooked mint and basil mix blackbeans tomatoe sauce and tomatoe paste

Serve with extra cheesy corn chips
