Ingredients

30 mins
  • 4green tomatoes
  • 1 cupblackbeans soaked and cooked
  • 2shallots
  • 10mini gherkins
  • 4garlic cloves
  • 1/4tomatoe sauce
  • 1 Tbstomatoe paste
  • 1handfull of fresh mint and basil mixed
  • Soak black beans in 3 cups water for 6 hours

    Prepare the tomatoes shallots garlic and gherkins.
