Heat ghee in a karahi. Add grated pumpkin and cook until ghee separates and pumpkin cooked well.

Add chopped or grated khoya and dry fruits to it and mix well.

Add cardamom powder, sugar and milk and cook again on high flame until thick and ghee separates completely. Ready to serve. Garnish with dry fruits.
