Steps

First roast brinjal and mash it.

Heat oil in pan and add jeera, rai, curry patta and chopped onion and saute it.

Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato, then add all spices and fry it.

Then add green peas and cook it for 5 minutes.

Then add mashed brinjal and cook for another 5 minutes.

Then take out the Bharta in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.

For bhakri: take 1 bowl flour and mix water and make soft dough of it and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Now make rotis out of it and spread ghee on it.

Baingan Ka Bharta and bhakri is ready.
