Mix cooked rice and curd. And keep aside.

Heat oil into Tadka pan and let it heat very hot, then add mustard seeds, turn off the heat, and wait for a min. Then add cumin seeds, red chilli chopped/ pieces, hing, curry leaves and both daal. Mix well and wait for a while. Then add green chilli and mix well.

Add this tampered masala to mixture of cooked rice and curd. Mix well and add salt as require. And mix well again.

Serve with salad. Or keep in fridge and serve cold while needed.
