Ingredients

45-minutes
25-Mini chila
  • 150 gm Sprouted moog
  • 1-Cup palak chopped / spinach
  • 1-Cupcoriander chopped
  • 1green Chilli chopped
  • 4big cloves garlic
  • 1-tbsp lakhnavi saunf / fennel
  • 1-tbspcoriander seed
  • 1/2-Cup spring onions green part chopped
  • 1/2-Cupwhite part of spring onion chopped
  • 1/2-Cup green capsicum finely chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2-tsp hing (asafoetida)
  • as neededGhee

Steps

45-minutes
  1. 1

    Grind sprouted moot,palak,coriander,chilli,garlic,saunf and coriander seeds together in mixer grinder by adding little water into Suji consistency. Add salt,Hing,capsicum,and spring onion.and mix well.

    Heat mini chila tava and spread little ghee and 1-spoon of batter.cook from both side properly.

    Serve hot Tasty moog Chula with 🍅 ketchup.
