Daal Kachori with Aalo ki tarkaari

Steps

Cut potatoes into small and thin pieces and add it into sauce pan then add water,greenchilli paste,fennel,kalonji,rai,crushed red chilli,salt,yellow color and green coriander then cook it for 20 min on low flame

Dissolved cornflour into water and when potatoes are coooked add cornflour paste into it

When the mixture is thick Then turn off the flame and add vinegar.... Aaloo tarkaari is ready

Mash the boiled daal

Roast the cumin seeds then crushed it into chopper

Then add chaat masala,red chilli powder,roasted crushed cumin,salt and ajwain into mashed daal and mix well

Take flour and add ghee and salt into it then knead little bit hard dough with water

Take small dough and make a ball and then flat it as show in picture

Then round it with hands like that and then add 1 tbsp of daal mixture

And close this like a ball

Make all of same size and grease these all with oil

Roll out balls with tha help of rolling pin or hands

Heat the oil and fry kachori on medium flame unti golden brown
- 14
Serve with aalo ki tarkari and enjoy...... :)
