  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 cupGrated Onion
  • 2 cupcrushed Tomatoes(Better if freshly crushes)
  • 2 tbspKetchup
  • 3 tbspred chilly sauce
  • 2 tspgreen chilly paste
  • 2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 2 tspcumin+ coriander powder
  • 2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspred chili powder
  • 3 tbspmixed herbs
  • 500 gramsBoiled Pasta(Preferable Penney Pasta)
  • Grated Mozzarella

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat the pan to medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add butter, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and cook for 5-7 mins.

  3. 3

    Add all the spices and herbs and sauces and paste and cook well.

  4. 4

    Add boiled pasta and cook for 3 mins.

  5. 5

    Garnish with mozzarella cheese.
