1 cupGrated Onion
2 cupcrushed Tomatoes(Better if freshly crushes)
2 tbspKetchup
3 tbspred chilly sauce
2 tspgreen chilly paste
2 tspgarlic paste
1 tspginger paste
2 tspcumin+ coriander powder
2 tspturmeric powder
2 tspred chili powder
3 tbspmixed herbs
500 gramsBoiled Pasta(Preferable Penney Pasta)
Grated Mozzarella

Heat the pan to medium heat.

Add butter, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and cook for 5-7 mins.

Add all the spices and herbs and sauces and paste and cook well.

Add boiled pasta and cook for 3 mins.

Garnish with mozzarella cheese.
