Now add in a little milk at a time and knead, knead well till the dough is no longer sticky

In hot oil, saute onions till abit brownish, then add garlic and puree

Then add all the dry ingredients

Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and cornstarch, stir well

Let it cook till it thickens

Sauce is ready to use

Mix yeast and 1 tbsn sugar and 1/2 cup warm water, cover and let it proof

In a bowl, add in flour salt and the remaining sugar and mix well

Add butter/ margarine and mix to achieve a breadcrumb like mixture

Add the proofed yeast to the flour and mix

Drizzle some oil, cover and let dough proof

Pizza dough is now ready

Roll your dough to a not thin nor thick width, roll according to your preferred shape, place it on a pizza pan and spread pizza sauce

Add in cheese, then your topping, season it with salt, black pepper, oregano, top with cheese. I didn't top mine with cheese, because my people wanted less of it

Now, bake your pizza at 180deg for 15 min

Your pizza is now ready
