This creamy chipotle sauce is something I usually use for chicken, but today I tried it with meatballs—absolutely delicious!

Combine all the meat ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls of your desired size. Sauté in a little butter for about 7 minutes.

For the sauce, in the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion. Once ready, blend them with the crema and chipotle peppers. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and let simmer for a few more minutes. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

That's it! I served them with mashed potatoes and asparagus sautéed in butter and garlic salt.
