Steps

Boil 1 cup water and add spinach.blanch of 2 min and drain water from..transfer it into ice cold water.

Now drain extra water and grind spinach,mint leaves, coriander leaves,green chilies,garlic to fine paste.

Heat butter and oil in a wok..and saute finely chopped onions for few min..

Add chopped tomatoes,capsicums and cook till all three have become soft and translucent.

Add boiled mashed potatoes,cauliflower to it.

Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,pav bhaji masala and mix well.cook for few min.

Now add puree of spinach mint coriander chilli,boiled peas,lemon juice,salt and mix well.

Cook for few min..and off the flame..don't over cook.

Heat tawa..add butter,pinch pav bhaji masala,coriander leaves and roast pav on both sides..

Serve hot hariyali pav bhaji with onion,tomato, jalapenoes...and grated cheese on it.
