Ingredients

  1. as neededDough
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. to tasteSalt acc
  5. as neededWater to knead dough
  6. Filling -
  7. 1 tbspBoiled Corn
  8. 2 tbspPaneer diced
  9. 1/4 cupCheese
  10. 4-5 olivesOlives
  11. 1/4 cupOnion finely chopped
  12. 1 tspCapsicum chopped
  13. To tasteSalt
  14. 2 pinchBlack pepper
  15. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  16. 1 tspOregano
  17. 1 tspChilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    For dough takr flour in a bowl

    Add oil amd salt and mix well

  3. 3

    Crumble like mixture u will get

  4. 4

    Now add water knead a stiff dough

  5. 5

    Keep aside dough for 15 min rest by covering a cloth

  6. 6

    For stuffing in a bowl add mayonnaise and cheese and mix well

  7. 7

    Now add all the veggies like corn, onion, capsicum

  8. 8

    Now add spuces like salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes

  9. 9

    Now in last add paneer give it a nice light stir

  10. 10

    Roll a chapati of dough

  11. 11

    Cut from in between

  12. 12

    Make samosa of half part and stuff this mixture..

  13. 13

    Seal well with water on edges

  14. 14

    Deep fry on medium flame until golden colour

  15. 15

    Serve with chutney, sauce, mayo
