For dough takr flour in a bowl

Add oil amd salt and mix well

Crumble like mixture u will get

Now add water knead a stiff dough

Keep aside dough for 15 min rest by covering a cloth

For stuffing in a bowl add mayonnaise and cheese and mix well

Now add all the veggies like corn, onion, capsicum

Now add spuces like salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes

Now in last add paneer give it a nice light stir

Roll a chapati of dough

Cut from in between

Make samosa of half part and stuff this mixture..

Seal well with water on edges

Deep fry on medium flame until golden colour

Serve with chutney, sauce, mayo
