Ingredients

  2. 1 teaspoon semolina
  3. 1 tea spoonkasuri methi
  4. 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  6. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
  7. 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  8. To tastesalt
  9. To tastered chilli

  11. As requiredCooking Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Add Gram flour, semolina, salt, red chilli, carom seeds, grated garlic, coriander seeds, roasted cumin seeds, kasuri methi in a bowl and mix well and pour water in required quantity and stir well.

    Do not peel, wash, cut and chopped vegetables.

    Deep fry cauliflower, potatoes, brinjals and green chilli.

  4. 4

    Now apply gram flour batter on the fried vegetables & further deep fry it till golden brown.

    Serve hot with sauce.
