Mixed Vegetables Fritters Mixed Vegetables Fritters
#GoldenApron#Post_22#29_7_2019#InEnglish Although Monsoon rainfall is less or no in many places of India, the craving for deep fried recipes still persists. Here I am presenting Mixed Vegetable Fritters, an innovative recipe of mine. I have taken vegetables like Cabbage , Capsicum and Carrot are main ingredients. I always use the winter veggies(when available) to prepare a bowl of fried veg and store in refrigerator for further use in making Omelette , Uttapam , Chila , Oats/ Semolina / Wheat dahlia Upma , Pasta , Noodles in less time. Here, the outcome in this type of preparation is wonderful , tasty and yummy with Tomato pickle (post-21, golden apron). Fritters are crunchy. Try to grab as soon as they come out from the kitchen.
