Theplas are popular traditional Gujarati cusine savoury. Many variations are made by adding methi,dudhi, spinach,raddish..etc.
Relish with curds and chunda.
Here I have used paneer whey to bind dough.. instead of curd.

Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupbarley flour
  3. 1/4 cupblack pearl millet (bajra) flour
  4. 1/4 cupwhite millet (Jowar) flour
  5. 1/4 cupmaize flour
  6. 3/4 cupgrated bottle gourd (dudhi)
  7. 1/2 cupfinely chopped coriander leaves
  8. 3 tbspoil
  9. 2 tbspgreen chillies ginger paste
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp jeera powder
  13. 1 tbspwhite sesame seeds
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. as neededwater from paneer to bind dough
  16. as neededOil for roasting
  17. To serve
  18. as neededChunda sweet & sour pickle

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all flours,grated dudhi, chopped coriander leaves,all spices,oil and salt. Mix well.

    Add little- little whey water to bind semi soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Make 12 equal portions of prepare dough.

    Roll each portion into 6" diameter round roti. Place it on hot tawa, sprinkle1 tbsp oil and roast on both sides till golden brown spots appears. Similarly prepare all theplas.

    Serve Hot Delicious Multi grain Dudhi Theplas with chunda (pickle).
