Take flour in mixing bowl add salt pepper cumin seeds

Mix it properly and make well add oil in it and mix properly you get crumbs texture

Add water gradually make dough medium not roti type nor too hard

Divide in four portion take one roll out little keep thick mean while heat tawa

Cook little bit both sides again roll it medium thick cook again on medium low heat applying oil cook both sides till golden in colour and crisps you can see patches on it it's coz of we cook twice

Serve with sweet milk cup of tea or curd in most of families senior most parents take it in breakfast still
