Old fashioned chocolate fudge Old fashioned chocolate fudge
We LOVE fudge but what’s not to love about it? This is the kind of fudge you hafta babysit the entire time but well worth the effort! Super creamy. Make sure you use a big enough pan because it grows. I use my candy thermometer because I pull it off the heat the second it hits the soft ball stage. Too soon, it’s grainy. Too late, it’s dry. It’s a fickle candy, but when it’s right it’s heavenly. #mycookbook SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -
Homemade Fudge Homemade Fudge
Admittedly I am more a baker than a candy maker. Fudge and other candies can be tricky. So, from trial and error I took a traditional Fudge recipe and timed the steps so that I could duplicate it over and over. This recipe is the result of that effort. 1953kenny -
