Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1 cupcorn flakes
  3. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  4. 1,1/2 maggi star
  5. 1onga cube
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Grated Scotch bonnet and onion

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk 2 eggs,1 maggi,1/2 onga,scotch bonnet and onion

    Grease any desired baking pan with oil and pour the whisked egg,cover the pan with foil paper or leather

  3. 3

    Water bath the egg and close it firmly or steam the egg for 25_30 min until its done

  4. 4

    After its done,cut the egg to desired shape

  5. 5

    To corn flour add the remaining onga and mix,whisk 1 egg add 1/2 maggi cube,crushed corn flask with ur hand

  6. 6

    Place the egg in corn flour, then in egg and corn flake

  7. 7

    Deep fry on medium heat until crispy

  8. 8
