  1. 1pao chanay ki dal soaked for 4 hr
  2. 2 tbspmoong ki daal soaked for 1 hr
  3. 4tamater skinless
  4. 3piyaz chopped
  5. 2 tbspchopped lehson
  6. 2 tbspchopped adrak
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tsphaldi powder
  9. 1 tspZeera powder
  10. To tastesalt
  11. 1 tspgurh
  12. 1 packchicken cube
  13. 1 cupdaal stock
  14. 1 tspgarammasala
  15. (For boiling chana daal)
  16. 2,3daar chini
  17. 1tez paat
  18. 1/2 tspsalt
  19. 1 tsphaldi
  20. (for Tadka):
  21. 1/2 tspZeera
  22. 1sliced Onion
  23. 1/2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  24. 3,4sabut gol mirch
  25. (for garnish)
  26. sliced adrak
  27. chopped hara dhaniya

Cooking Instructions

    Tamam vegetables ko kaat lein.

    Chanay ki daal ko half hour ke liye bheega dein.

  3. 3

    Masoor ki daal ko b bheega dein.

  4. 4

    Ab soaked ki hoi dal me haldi, taiz paat, daar cheeni dal kar boil kar lein.

    Thora namak b dal dein.

  6. 6

    Is ke upar ai hoi jhaag (phain) chaan lein.

  7. 7

    Daal boil ho jaye to daal ko alag kar lein aur daal ka stock bhi alag kar lein.

    Chanay ki daal bht zada soft nai rakhni.

    Ik pateelay me oil garamkar ke piyaz light brown kar lein

  10. 10

    Phir isme chopped adrak, chopped lehson dal kar bhaunain

  11. 11

    Phir isme tamater add karen aur galayen.

  12. 12

    Tamater ko chamchay ki madad se thora mash karlen

    Ab isme red chilli powder, haldi powder, zeera powder add kar ke bhunain.

    Phir isme masoor daal add karden

    Phir isme tandoori masala ya tikka masala add kar dein.

    Hasb.e.zaroorat namak shamil karden.

    Jab masala bhun jaye to daal stock shamil kar dein.

    Ab chicken cube add karden

  19. 19

    Ab isme chanay ki daal shamil kar ke pakayen.

  20. 20

    Last me garammasala chirhak dein aur dam par rakh dein.

    Last me hara dhaniya chop kar ke chirhak dein.

    Tarkay ke liye oil me zeera aur piyaz dal ke brown karen phir gol mirch, kashmiri laal mirch daal kar thora karhkarha ke daal ke oper dal dein.

    Dhaba chanay ki daal ready hai.

    Chapati, naan ya tandoor ki roti ke sath serve karen.
