Take a bowl and add suji, salt and citric acid and mix well
Now add water and rest 15 min
After 15 min add oil mix well
Now add soda and mix well and immediately pour the batter in idli maker.
Steam idli on medium flame for 15 min. After 15 medium off the flame and cool completely
Serve idli with chutney or sambhar
