Cooking Instructions

Take a cooker and add all the veggies and cook it together.

Give it 3-4 whishtles.

Now the vegetables are cooked. Take a kadai and heat butter to it.

Now add cumin seeds and let it crackle.

Add sliced onions to it. Fry until it turns golden brown.

Add ginger garlic and green chilliy paste to it.

Fry it for sometime.

Add turmeric powder and cumin powder to it.

Now add all the cooked vegetables to it and boil it for sometime.

Add salt to it and mix it altogether.

Add pav bhaji masala and give it a boil.

Turn off the gas and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve it with pav.
