Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack chana soaked over night
  2. 1 tspginger green chilli paste
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves finely chopped
  5. 1 tspcoriander power
  6. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspdry mango powder
  9. 2 tspoats powder
  10. as requiredOil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    First, drain and wash soaked chana. Put into cooker with enough water and boil it until it becomes soft.

    Now take boiled chana. Drain all the water and let it cool down for 5 - 7 minutes.

    Now in a grinder take boiled chana and make coarse mix.

    Now in a pan take 2 tsp oil,add cumin seeds,then add ginger green chilli paste.Saute it.Then add chopped onion saute it for 2 minutes.Then add coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,dry mango powder and salt. Then add mashed chana mix and oats powder. Then add chopped coriander leaves.Mix all ingredients well. Kawab mix is ready.

    Now take cookie tray,line it with butter paper. Take small potion of kawab mix and make round shape kawab with this. Put it on lined tray.

    Now baked them on 160 degree into preheat oven for about 1o minutes. Black chana baked galuti kawab is ready. Serve hot with green chutney.
