Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 1/2 kgfresh curd
  2. 1/2 cuppowder sugar or to taste
  3. 1 bowlmix fruits(pomegranate, papaya, grapes, banana, mango etc.)
  4. A's soaked dry fruits-
  5. (almonds, cashews, raisins)

Cooking Instructions

    First in a bowl whisk curd nicely till smooth with hand whisker.

    Add powder sugar and mix well.

  3. 3

    Chop all fresh fruits finely.

  4. 4

    Now add all fresh chopped fruits to the curd mixture and mix.

  5. 5

    Add soaked dry fruits and mix.

  6. 6

    Delicious Mix fruits raita is ready, serve cool.
