Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhite bean soaked 6 hour
  2. 1onion finally chopped
  3. 1tomato finally chopped
  4. 2green chilli finally chopped
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  7. 1 tsphaldi (Turmeric)Powder
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. For tarka
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. 1 tspHing/asafoetida
  12. 1 tspShahi jeera/cumin seeds
  13. 1lal mirch/red chilli
  14. 1onion finally chopped
  15. 1 tbshaldi ( Turmeric)powder
  16. 1 tsplal mirch (red chilli)powder
  17. 1 tspcoriander powder
  18. 2 tbspcoriander leaves finally chopped

Cooking Instructions

    First soaked a white bean 6 hours. Then clean and wash it.g

    Boil chopped, onion, garlic, tomato, green chilli, salt, haldi powder, ajwayan and red kidney beans in a pressure cooker

    Add tomatoes and cook for 10mins On the heat under pressure cooker and prepare tarka.

    In a pan heat oil and salute lal mirch, jeera, onions then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and coriander powder and fry few minutes. Add boil white bean Stir well fer 2 minutes and switch off gas flame.mix the coriander leaves. Our Kashmiri Lobiya is ready.

    Serve hot Kashmiri Lobiya with rice and roti
