Cooking Instructions

For aloo stuffing: add the boiled potato and all the masala mentioned above

Mash the potato and add ginger and lime

Add chopped coriander and mix well

For dough: mix wheat flour and water and knead it well(like we do for chapati)

Make small balls of the dough and make it a round shape

Now fill the round shaped dough with 2 spn aloo stuff and spread in well. Close it and make a round shape again

Heat the tawa add oil and place the partatha. Cook well on both the sides by applying oil

Grama gram aloo paratha is ready to serve!!! Serve it with mango pickle and curd!
