Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsooji/ rawa
  2. 3/4 cupcurd
  3. 1/4 cuplukewarm milk
  4. 1/4 cupmix chopped vegetables (capsicum,carrot, sweet corn)
  5. 1 tbspgreen chillies and ginger paste
  6. 1 tbspchopped fresh coriander leaves
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspsoda bicarbonate
  9. For tadka
  10. 3 tbspoil
  11. 1/2 tspurad dal
  12. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  13. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  14. 1/2 tspwhite sesame seeds
  15. 3-4curry leaves
  16. To serve
  17. As neededGreen coriander chutney

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing bowl add Suji,curd, milk, green chillies ginger paste and salt,soda bi carb. Mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    In nonstick kadhai add heat oil. Add and saute urad dal till pinkish. Add mustard+cummin seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves. As they splutter add vegetables and soda bi carb in suji mixture.Mix well and pour on takda in kadhai. Cover and cook on medium flame till lower side turn crispy golden brown.

    Flip and cook for few minutes till another side turn crispy golden brown.

    Serve /Relish Delicious Hot Suji Handwa with green coriander chutney.
