A different version of gujarti handvo made with very few ingredients on tawa.
Cooking Instructions

Firstly in a bowl add add rava and buttermilk and mix it properly to avoid lumps.

Next in it add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and with this add red chilli powder, salt and baking soda. Mix everything properly and batter is ready.

Heat a tawa on flame, pour some oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves too. When they start crackling pour batter around 3-4 big spoon and cook it properly from both sides.

Yeah!! It's ready have this with your favourite #chutney or #sauce.
