Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmix pulses like urad, tuver and chana
  2. 3 cuprice
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 1 cupgrated or finally chopped cabbage
  5. 1 cupgrated bottle gourd
  6. 1 cupgrated carrot
  7. 1 tsp green chilli and ginger paste
  8. 1 tsp garlic paste
  9. 1 tbsoil
  10. 1 tspmustard seeds
  11. 1 pinchhing /asafoetida
  12. 1ts salt
  13. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  15. 2 tsp Sesame seeds
  16. 1whole red chilli
  17. 1 tsp ENO

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Soak pulses and rice both for 5 hours.

    Grind the soaked rice and pulses in mixer grinder add curd also Make paste.

    Put this batter for 5 hours at hot place.

    Now add all veggies and pastes in this batter mix it properly

  5. 5

    Take a pan add oil hot it now add rai, hing,sesame seeds red chilli and all spices in it.

    Now add this vaghar in batter of handva. Mix properly. Add eno in it.

    Now take a nonstick pan add some oil than spread batter of handvo, sprinkle some sesame seeds. Cover it with lid.

    After sometimes change the side of handvo.

    When it turns in Golden brown off the flame.

    Handvo is ready.
