Cooking Instructions

Rinse the palak for 4-5 times and drain to a colander, then boil palak for 5 minutes in an open pan with a pinch of salt, let it to be cool down,and after that blend it with 5-6 cashews in a grinder to make smooth paste/puree.

Here we have chopped onion garlic ginger chillies. Now you have to heat oil in a deep bottomed pan or wok and add jeera...after that add chopped garlic saute it for 2 minutes, then add crushed ginger and saute it for 1-2 minutes.

Now add chopped onion, add a pinch of salt(as salt help onion to get pink quickly nd make it soft too). After that add dry kasuri leaves and garam masala powder. Fry it well

Now add slit cut green chillies and milk cream saute it for 2 minutes then add palak puree and fry it for 15 minutes in medium flame

Now add a salt little bit, paneer cubes and fry it for 5 minutes.

Restaurant-style Palak paneer is ready to serve with palak puri or chapati. The choice is yours.
