Cooking Instructions

Keep a mixing bowl and hand blender whisk in the freezer for 30 mins.

Take ice cubes in a tray and place the chilled bowl over it. Add cream without the water and whip till stiff.

Add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Beat again.

Pour in air tight box covered with aluminum foil. Freeze for 3 hours and whip again. Freeze overnight
- 5
Scoop out a spoon of ice cream and serve with topping of your choice. I've used chocolate syrup and choco chips along with waffers.
