Cooking Instructions

For aata dough:- take a big bowl, add flour, 1/2tbsp salt, oil and mix it well. then add water, as needed, to make smooth and soft dough. apply some oil on it.

Take a small peda of aata and roll it.
- 3
Apply some oil on it, put some cumin seeds,r ed chilli powder and sprinkle some salt.And do the half fold, press in properly and again fold it in a triangular shape

Roll it in a triangle shape, then put it on hot tawa and cook it properly from both the sides.

And serve it with sauce, pickle or chutney.
